Do you recall when you were born?
The call ringing in your ear. . ..
An uttered prayer. . .
Almost whispered: “Welcome to Earth!
Peace bu unto you.”
One day a similar chant will ring out. .
A prayer chant for us all. . ..
A farewell to temporal life. . .
A chant and a shriek. . .
And a chant and and shriek. . .
As we enter into His presence
“Welcome ! Peace be unto you!
The faithful, the humble and the meek.”
